Dear Unit Owner:
The screening fee is $150 for each occupant over the age of 18 years old. The charge for a husband and wife is $300 total and separate documents are required. An application is required for each person being screened. Please make copies if more than one application is needed. The breakdown is as follows:
$150 for the background screening for each applicant over 18 years old which will include:
Financial/credit, employment and criminal
The fee can only be remitted by cashiers check or money order made payable to Sunrise Manor West HOA, no checks will be accepted.
The screening process can take up to two weeks after submission to screening company. When results are return and approved by the HOA Board an appointment will be arranged within 45 days for the occupant(s) to be screened by the HOA Board of Director(s). Screening is done ONCE a month on the first Wednesday unless it is a holiday, no exceptions
Any documents not completed in full or the required documents not attached the package will be returned to you without processing. Be sure to include the following:
- Application – required by each person being screened
- Pet registration
- Copy of automobile registration
- Disclosure and Authorization agreement – signed by each applicant
- Copy of picture ID for each person being screened
- Copy of Social Security
- Email consent (purchase only)
- Last three months bank statements (Purchase only)
- Last three pay stubs or proof of income (Purchase only)
- Payment for screening
- At screening please bring $8 for parking stickers for each vehicle
- If renting copy of lease must be attached
